The Valley Season 2 Teaser Hints at ‘Fractured’ Friend Group, How ‘All Hell Broke Loose’ as Brittany and Jax Co-Parent
“All hell broke loose,” Brittany Cartwright can be heard saying in the first sneak peek at season 2 of ‘The Valley’
Calling all Bravo fans: your first glimpse at season 2 of The Valley is finally here!
In a teaser shared by Bravo on Monday, Feb. 3, it appears The Valley is returning with no shortage of drama. From divorce drama to tension within the friend group following an explosive first season, dynamics are shifting within the cast.
“There’s no question that our group is fractured,” says Kristen Doute, who is newly engaged and pregnant with her first child with Luke Broderick.
Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor, however, are in an entirely different place in their lives after deciding to end their five-year-long marriage.
“Jax and I are still co-parenting,” Brittany begins, speaking of their 3-year-old son Cruz, “And then, all hell broke loose.”
Zack Wickham then declares: “This is why I feel crazy 24/7.”
“Nobody wins in these situations,” Jax adds.
The teaser ends by hinting at a blowout fight between another couple in the cast who called it quits: Michelle Saniei and Jesse Lally. “I’m the mother of your child,” Michelle can be heard yelling.
“In #TheValley, drama doesn’t stay behind closed doors,” the promo was captioned. “Season 2 is coming soon 🏡”
The end of season 1 left fans with questions about several cast members, with Kristen’s friendship with Michelle and Janet Caperna on the rocks and Jax coming back fresh out of a stay at a mental health facility.
In August, an insider told PEOPLE that season 2 would shock viewers, especially when it came to Jax and Brittany’s relationship.
“As the new season of The Valley unfolds, a lot of shocking details will come to the surface,” the source said at the time. “Since nothing has been off-limits, it may end up being the most unpredictable, no-holds-barred seasons to ever appear on reality television yet.”
It was also revealed in November that several Vanderpump Rules alums — Lala Kent, Tom Schwartz, Scheana Shay and her husband, Brock Davies — would be appearing on the upcoming season of The Valley after news that VPR was being revamped with a new cast.
Jax previously made comments in opposition to this move, saying on his podcast When Reality Hits in May 2024: “I’m not trying to make this Vanderpump Rules. As of right now, that is a no. It is a hard no. But who knows, it could change.”
Scheana quickly clapped back on her own podcast, Scheananigans, declaring, “You are afraid of me and Lala being on the show because we’re gonna call you out for the s— we actually know.”
Season 1 of The Valley is streaming now on Peacock. Season 2 does not yet have a release date.
