Prince George SHOCKINGLY Inherited Pivotal Role In William’s Bold Plan As Monarch Set To Withdraw

Hello, dear viewers! Today, we’re uncovering an intriguing development concerning the royal family and Prince George, who is set to receive a significant title much earlier than anticipated in his journey toward kingship. This role will see him overseeing a town famous for its vibrant nightlife. From a very young age, Prince George’s life has been meticulously orchestrated with the aim of preparing him for the throne one day. However, before he becomes king, he’ll inherit a vital position currently held by his father, the Prince of Wales.

This new role comes with the responsibility of managing the extensive Duchy of Cornwall estate, which spans a remarkable 135,000 acres. While the royal family tends to favor privacy and solitude, often residing in homes surrounded by vast countryside, it may come as a surprise that one of Prince William’s properties is situated close to one of Britain’s most well-known party towns. Prior to his reign, King Charles was heavily involved with the Duchy of Cornwall, a role that has now transitioned to Prince William following his assumption of the Prince of Wales title.

The monarch has been grooming his eldest son for the obligations associated with being the Prince of Wales and overseeing the Duchy of Cornwall estate. Similarly to his father, George will eventually inherit this property. Among the various estates owned by the Duchy, Poundbury in Dorset is perhaps the most famous, while the Nanen estate in Cornwall is located in an area recognized for its lively social scene. According to reports, this is indeed accurate; however, George has limited options in this regard. The children have largely been kept away from royal life, deliberately shielded from publicity to allow Charlotte and Louis the freedom to carve out their own paths.

In line with this, a source close to William and Catherine revealed that William has been deeply affected by the deterioration of his relationship with Harry. While he intends to assign blame to Meghan and Harry, he also recognizes that the monarchy’s structure, where one child is deemed more important due to birth order, significantly contributed to the ongoing issues. There is a valid argument suggesting that if born into royal lineage, the sensible choice may be to distance oneself from it, and this rationale extends to their children as well. William wishes to avoid subjecting them to a tumultuous situation that could bring distress to everyone involved.

A recent investigation by Channel 4’s Dispatches and The Sunday Times has disclosed that the private estates of King Charles and Prince William—the Duchies of Lancaster and Cornwall—have generated millions through contracts with public organizations and charities. These agreements are projected to yield over £50 million in upcoming years. The Duchy of Cornwall boasts a portfolio valued at more than £1 billion, supplying income to the heir to the throne. The investigation also suggests that the Duchy has received at least £22 million since 2005 from rent shares associated with Camel Ford House.

Furthermore, the documentary indicates that St John’s Ambulance, of which Charles is a patron, previously paid nearly £60,000 for land usage from the Duchy of Cornwall. The report also claims that the Duchy of Lancaster is slated to gain £11.4 million through a deal with the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust regarding storage for their fleet of electric ambulances in a facility owned by the Duchy. As is common with many private estates, stringent regulations apply, including bans on visible washing lines and bins as well as restrictions on individual satellite dish installations.

Located in Newquay, a Cornish town renowned as a top party hub and favored for stag and hen dos, the area was ranked the seventh most popular destination for stag parties in the UK in 2018, thanks to its lively bars and eateries, alongside affordable beer. With this land under the ownership of the Duchy of Cornwall, Prince William has several properties within the town.
