LaLa Kent Admits She Wants To See “Meltdowns” With New VPR Cast After OG’s Get Fired Ahead Of Season 12

Fans finally know what will happen to Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules after a very, very long hiatus following Season 11. In November, it was announced that the upcoming season would be rebooted and feature an entirely new cast working at Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR restaurant. None of the OG cast would take part in it.

Thankfully, most of the original cast have other jobs to fall back on, but it was very sad news to say the least. OG cast members like Scheana Shay, Ariana Madix, Lala Kent, and Tom Schwartz all shared heartfelt Instagram posts about saying goodbye to the end of an era.

But will these old VPR stars watch the newbies in the Season 12 reboot?

Lala Kent Is Hoping To See The New Cast Of Vanderpump Rules Dish Out Some Major Drama

The announcement that Vanderpump Rules would be rebooted with a brand-new cast really bummed out a lot of fans. However, it might have been inevitable following a very dramatic Season 11 ending in which viewers watched friends divided after Tom Sandoval’s affair. In addition, Ariana Madix refusing to film with her ex upset several of her castmates.

For Lala Kent, who has been with the VPR crew since Season 4, it’s the start of a new chapter in her life. Speaking on Scheana Shay’s Scheananigans podcast in November, the reality TV star admitted that she was totally down to watch the Season 12 reboot, but hopes the new cast will bring just as much drama as her OG castmates.

“I feel like we’ve graduated. It’s just not the same. Nothing lasts forever, and I’m really excited to see this group of new young [people] just excited about life,” Lala revealed.

There is no news yet about who will be starring in the Season 12 reboot. However, Lala also shared that she hoped the new cast would “f*** each other” and have “f****** meltdowns,” just like the original series. But, she still thinks that the new group “will have really big shoes to fill.”

Again, Lala shared that she wasn’t hurt by Bravo when she and the rest of the OG’s got fired from their reality TV jobs. “I know what this show did for me and my life, and it completely changed it. I’m so excited to see another group of people.”
