Vanderpump Rules has decided to start all over. They were in the middle of filming the next season when they took a break. However, instead of returning from the break, they decided to fire everyone and start over. They wanted to get back to the roots of Vanderpump Rules and what it was meant to be. So, the new reboot will show workers at SUR and their lives, just like how it all started. However, most are not excited about this. The Vanderpump Rules people fell in love with is not going to be the same, and it is a big change. The cast members have not spoken much on this. However, Katie has let her opinions be known.

Katie Maloney has slammed the new reboot and thinks it is “cheap”. Yikes.
“This isn’t against any of [the new cast] I don’t know them, but it just feels cheap to me. It feels cheap and I don’t like cheap. With the same name [but] different show. There’s not even a season 1. To me, it just feels like it’s going to try to have the same flavor and the same everything,”
This is one of the few times fans agree with Katie. The show is trying something completely different while keeping the same name of the show without the people who fans loved it for.
It seems as though Katie thinks the entire idea is cheap. Fans more than likely agree with her as they are not excited for the reboot. There will be no returning favorite guests besides Lisa Vanderpump. The reboot has not aired yet, but they are more than likely still filming.
