Paul “PK” Kemsley might still be in contact with Kyle Richards since he and Dorit Kemsley called it quits, but what about longtime friend Lisa Vanderpump?
Lisa and PK traversed the same social circles in London and Europe before Dorit joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2017 during Season 7. However, in the Season 3 finale of Bravo’s Hot Mic Podcast with producer Alex Baskin, Lisa said “No” when asked whether she and PK still keep in touch.
The Vanderpump Rules star admitted she was “unaware” of Dorit and PK’s May 2024 split — and only knew what she heard by word of mouth.
“I knew that for a long time he was living in a hotel,” Lisa told Hot Mic in Season 3, Episode 13. “I don’t know the story they’ve told; I really don’t.”

Lisa and PK are not in contact, but she doesn’t hold any ill will in her heart.
“Yeah, there will always be room in my heart for PK; he was my friend,” Lisa explained. “Not a great friend, not a very close friend, but we were in the same circle in Europe. So, yeah. I would definitely like to have a conversation with him … I think he’s a great guy. So, yeah, I would enjoy reconnecting with him at some point.”

When asked if she keeps in touch with Dorit since Lisa left The Real Housewives in 2019, Lisa confessed, “Not so much.”
“I knew her more because of [PK],” Lisa continued.
She cited one incident from RHOBH where PK came to Lisa’s defense while out at Lisa’s former restaurant Pump amid the Season 9 “PuppyGate” scandal of 2019. In that instance, PK said that Lisa swearing on her children’s lives was enough for him to prove she lied about nothing — including the rumor that Lisa leaked negative press about Dorit to the media.
“I thought, ‘Wow. That’s him, as a husband, standing up to his wife, in my defense,’” Lisa said. “And I thought, ‘That meant a lot to me.’”
But, according to Lisa, swearing on her kids’ lives wasn’t enough for Dorit, which put an end to the women’s friendship.
The door is still open for PK, though.
Before Dorit and PK separated after nine years of marriage, Dorit gave audiences an update in 2019 when appearing on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She said neither she nor PK spoke to Lisa because they “go through everything together.”
On May 14, 2024, Lisa joined Andy in the WWHL Clubhouse and boldly claimed she “wasn’t surprised” by news of the then-recent breakup.
“But, as always, my feelings are I think it’s sad when children are involved and I hope they work it out,” she said in the WWHL episode. “I really do.”
