Happy 7th Birthday To Prince Louis – SURPRISING PRIVILEGE Finally Unlocked Marks A Major Milestone

April 23rd, 2025, will be a day of double significance for the Welsh family, with Prince Louie reaching some of his most important and memorable milestones. Not only will their youngest son, Prince Louie, blow out seven candles, but Princess Catherine and Prince William will also represent the United Kingdom on the global stage at back-to-back international engagements.

As the Wales family pauses to celebrate Louie’s milestone, royal watchers everywhere are eager to see whether Catherine will release a fresh birthday portrait, especially in light of last year’s photo-editing controversy.

Just last week, the Wales family embraced a well-earned Easter break. The Prince and Princess of Wales, with their children, jetted to Paris for a brief working holiday, marking Prince Louie’s debut on a royal tour abroad, alongside his parents and brothers.

It’s a turning point for the youngest royal, who, until now, has witnessed his elder siblings stepping into the international spotlight. George voyaged to Australia and New Zealand in 2014, and Charlotte captured hearts in Canada in 2016. With Louie’s seventh birthday also marks an important milestone as he gains a brand-new privilege: eligibility for Lambert School’s weekly and flexible boarding program, situated less than 20 minutes from Adelaide Cottage in Windsor. Lamuk is the shared alma mater of George, Charlotte, and now Louie.

Though all three were confirmed as day pupils upon enrollment in 2022, the school’s policy allows students aged 7 to 13 to sleep at school one night every so often, transforming the classroom into a home away from home. According to the Lambert website, boarding is seen as a happy extension of school life, with 75% of the prep school participating in some form of boarding.

Imagine Louie tucked up in a dormitory house, lantern in hand, before joining his classmates for evening cricket, golf, or a late-night swim, with meals served in the Camelot dining hall and cozy bedtime stories in communal common rooms. Every boarding night promises camaraderie and character-building fun.

The weekend kicks off with a traditional Easter service at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor on April 20th, where the family will join fellow parishioners for the annual Sunday morning worship. Just three days later, on Wednesday, April 23rd, Prince Louie will officially enter Seven Territory, an age that in the British boarding school system unlocks the freedom to choose overnight stays.

Yet, as the school gates close on April 24th, all three Wales children will return to their usual routines: lessons, playtime, and perhaps the first of Louie’s flexible boarding nights.

Since relocating from Kensington Palace in 2022, William and Catherine have prioritized a balance between duty and family life. Moving closer to Windsor Castle allowed them to support Queen Elizabeth during her final days and to offer their children a degree of normalcy impossible in the hustle of central London.

Lamuk’s leafy campus, with its sprawling fields and friendly houses, provides exactly that: an environment where royal classmates and commoners alike share the same classrooms and boarding bedrooms. It remains to be seen whether George and Charlotte have already tested Lamuk’s boarding waters and whether they’ll accompany Louie for his inaugural stay.

But one thing is certain: come April 23rd, Prince Louie will hold the same special privilege his siblings enjoyed, stepping closer to independence within the embrace of royal tradition and the warm lights of Lamuk’s boarding halls.

As the Wales family prepares for this poignant week, royal enthusiasts around the world will be watching, eager to witness Prince Louie’s next big adventure, both on the international stage and within the sturdy, storied walls of his new boarding house.
