DARING MOVE of Princess Catherine Using NEW POWER From Her 3 Kids As She Takes The Throne

The Prince and Princess of Wales are reportedly preparing their three young children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis—for a colossal change. The royal couple is said to be making the most of their family time before Prince William becomes king, aiming to make the transition as smooth as possible for the sake of their children.

As the Princess of Wales prepares to celebrate her 43rd birthday this month, the occasion carries extra weight following a challenging year for her family. After enjoying festive celebrations in Norfolk, the trio of Wales children is heading back to school. Meanwhile, the mother of three, who has faced health struggles over the past year, is carefully balancing her royal responsibilities with her family’s well-being.

Catherine knows there is a looming massive responsibility coming, but she can’t do anything about it. She is focused on ensuring the family she’s raising is prepared to handle it. Reflecting candidly on how a cancer diagnosis upends the family dynamic, during a visit to the hospital where she previously received cancer treatment, Catherine recalled a similar sentiment she expressed in a September video message about completing chemotherapy.

During a heartfelt conversation on the ward, one patient praised the Princess for balancing her treatment with raising Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Louis. “I think you’ve managed the children amazingly well,” the patient remarked. “Being so ill teaches you to enjoy each day as it comes, so I think Catherine has a new appreciation of what’s going on around her and what she can do to make life better for other people as well.”

The illness has reportedly made Catherine keen to prioritize her family even more, as they are the future. While she supports her husband and the monarchy, she is determined to do so in a way that doesn’t take her away from her family too much. Touched by the patient’s words, Catherine responded warmly, “Oh, that’s kind.” She reflected on the far-reaching impact of cancer treatments, adding, “The treatments are really so different and so varied—it impacts families differently.”

Furthermore, William and Catherine have kept nothing in the dark from the monarch about their objectives. They believe life is a balancing act. The couple has made it clear to the King that they are committed to balancing royal duties with family life, and it will be the same this year. Both Their Royal Highnesses have a strong commitment to duty, service, and using their platform for good. What they are working on is balancing their roles as parents with their duties as the Prince and Princess of Wales.

Angela Terry serendipitously met the Princess of Wales while at the Royal Marsden on January 14 to receive treatment. Terry, the grandmother of three, was diagnosed with EGFR-positive lung cancer six years ago and serves as the non-executive chair of EGFR Positive UK, a charity supporting people navigating that form of cancer.

She recalls it was a pleasure to connect with Princess Catherine. “I overheard her talking to someone about the shock of diagnosis, and she said, ‘Yes, the shock, and it’s not just you—it’s the whole family, isn’t it?’” Terry remembers. “They were having this lovely, engaging chat. Imagine sitting at the kitchen table, having a mug of coffee—she’s someone I would like to do that with. She was so open.”

Terry says Catherine had this “we’re in this together” approach, making people feel they could say anything. “It was really heartwarming to watch—I’m still buzzing. It was so fortuitous because I was literally the next one in for bloods. I just caught her eye as she walked past and said to her, ‘You look wonderful,’ because she did—she looked fabulous given everything she has been through. She just smiled and said, ‘So do you.’”

The charity chair met the Princess through the hospital’s director of nursing. At first, Terry and Catherine chatted briefly, but then something amazing happened. “She just moved closer to me—she put her arm around my waist, I put my arm around hers, and we just grinned at each other. I was so touched. It was such a special moment of connection.”
