Carole & Michael SPOTTED At A Luxury Resort For Overseas Holiday With The Wales Family
Hello dear viewers, and welcome to our channel! Today, we’re bringing you a heartwarming update about the Cambridge family and their recent vacation. This sweet holiday was a much-needed opportunity for the British monarch to spend quality time with his eldest son, Prince William, and his beloved daughter-in-law, Catherine, as well as their three adorable children, George, Charlotte, and Louis.
According to sources close to the family, the Cambridges enjoyed a special vacation at a popular ski resort shortly after Christmas, celebrating Catherine’s cancer remission news. This overseas trip, which also included the Middleton family, began just days after they spent Christmas at Sandringham with King Charles. It was a much-needed break, where the family had time to relax and enjoy each other’s company away from the public eye.
While on their French getaway, the Cambridges also spent time at a mountaintop restaurant called Laav de in Kel, located in the French Alps. The restaurant offers fine food and drinks in front of an open fireplace, with stunning views of the Three Valley Ski Resort and Mont Blanc from the terrace. Staff at the restaurant noted how the family appeared like any other normal family. They were described as relaxed, enjoying their time together without any airs or graces, which is something rare to witness when it comes to public figures.
It seems that the Cambridges have been coming to this area for years, and it’s not the first time they’ve visited the French Alps for a ski holiday. The family has often been spotted enjoying the mountains, and even Catherine’s sister, Pippa, has been seen joining them on these trips. Despite being accompanied by security guards, the family appeared carefree and joyful, with Catherine seen relaxing and having fun with her children. The children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, were praised for being polite and well-behaved, creating a truly heartwarming atmosphere.
In fact, back in 2016, the Cambridges took their older children to the French Alps for their first skiing holiday. They shared charming family photos of George and Charlotte in snowsuits, and it was reported that the family enjoyed the picturesque setting of the Alps. It appears the family values these moments of togetherness, as they have continued to return to these favorite holiday spots.
In addition to their ski trips, the Cambridges also made a secret trip to Jordan in 2021. The family visited Petra, a historic city in Jordan, which has a special significance for Catherine. When Catherine was less than three years old, her family lived in the countryside, and the memories of their time in Jordan are cherished by her. During a 2018 visit to the Middle East, Prince William even mentioned how much Catherine loves Jordan, recalling that she was upset about not being able to join him on the trip.
Catherine’s brother, James Middleton, has also opened up in the past about the family holidays they enjoyed growing up. He shared stories of road trips to the Swiss Alps, where the family would hike and stay in mountain refuges. These trips often involved hearty, simple meals, like a “sloppy soup-like” dish that tasted amazing after a long day of hiking. James fondly remembers sharing a bunk with his siblings and other hikers, waking up early to continue their journey the next day.
The Cambridge family’s holiday traditions, whether in the Alps or other beautiful locations, reflect their close bond and appreciation for family time. They are clearly a family that cherishes the simple joys of life, enjoying the moments they spend together without the distractions of royal duties and public appearances.
