5 MINUTE AGO! Princess Charlotte’s Brutal Response To Prince William’s Innocuous Query

Princess Charlotte may be a quiet presence in the royal family, but her presence itself speaks volumes. The second child of the Prince and Princess of Wales, she undoubtedly has a huge responsibility on her shoulders as she inches toward adulthood and will eventually take on more royal duties.

Charlotte is known to be a “daddy’s girl,” often appearing at William’s side at events, photos, and videos, always holding his hand. Unlike many royal fathers of the past, William has always shown open affection for his daughter, often ruffling her hair or making sure to hold her hand during engagements.

Prince William recently revealed that Charlotte has a sassy and confident side in addition to being popular and nice. He shared a glimpse of her funny character, recalling that when Charlotte was six, she would tell people she was sixteen whenever asked her age. He laughed, saying that she would boldly announce, “I’m six now, I’ll do whatever I want!”

Her spirited nature was also on display when, during a family outing to the London Palladium for a special Christmas pantomime, the plucky princess didn’t seem fazed by the cameras and even let go of her father’s hand midway down the red carpet.

Now nine years old, Charlotte has grown into a cheerful and popular young lady. At school, she is described as kind, friendly, and adored by her peers. A source revealed, “They’re lovely kids. Charlotte is so kind and friendly, and the other children adore her. She’s kind to the younger kids and very popular.” Her friends now affectionately call her “Lottie” or “L. Wales,” a nickname she is said to love.

Being the middle child, the only daughter, and the “spare” of the next generation of royals is a unique position, but her parents are aware of the burden she might feel. They are making sure she grows into a confident and secure person, surrounded by all the love and support they can give.

Even when away from her, William keeps Charlotte in his thoughts. In Kenya, during an engagement captured in his 2020 ITV documentary, William met a mother with a three-year-old daughter who reminded him of Charlotte, noting the child’s uncanny resemblance to Princess Diana. He frequently bonds with Charlotte by telling her stories of Diana, the grandmother she never met. He once shared, “I regularly put George and Charlotte to bed and talk about her, just to remind them that there were two grandmothers in their lives and that she existed.”

An adorable moment between father and daughter during the family’s visit to Wales for the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebration in 2022 resurfaced on social media, capturing a sweet connection. In a small tent on the castle grounds, the family was invited to help the stage crew, and Charlotte and George were immediately intrigued by a mixing desk in front of them.

In a viral video, William listens to music through a pair of red headphones and makes a comment that causes Charlotte to turn to him and giggle. A royal fan noted their bond, writing, “The way Prince William and Princess Charlotte laughed—Catherine’s genes never got a chance!”

The day was filled with laughter for Charlotte, who waved her hands and enjoyed guiding the band through an orchestral piece during her first official visit to Wales with her siblings.
