‘Vanderpump Rules’ Controversial New Male Cast Revealed
Vanderpump Rules has been completely rebooted for Season 12, and the controversial male cast has been revealed. The season was initially put on an indefinite hiatus while the OG cast had life experiences outside of ‘Scandoval.’ Unfortunately for them, Bravo opted to can the cast and start from scratch. So, who are some of the men jumping in? Keep reading for more details.
Vanderpump Rules Controversial New Male Cast Revealed
For eleven seasons, Bravo fans were used to the cast of Vanderpump Rules. Many had been there since the beginning, while others came on a few seasons in. Regardless, they were like family to the viewers, and although the show was falling flat, no one expected a full reboot. Former cast members such as Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix shared that they had no plans to return to the series. Even if the show went as planned for Season 12, it had run its course for them. The current SUR servers have been seen in photos and on social media, so fans are getting ready for the reboot.

Now, two of the new male cast members have been revealed, and they are quite controversial. Not that the other men did not come with their own drama. Tom Sandoval was unfaithful, Tom Schwartz constantly blacked out and was also a cheater, James Kennedy was accused of domestic violence, and Jax Taylor had a drug problem. Jason Cohen and Chris Hahn are two new featured cast members. They have interesting backgrounds, as they were both on Netflix’s Perfect Match and Dated & Related. Furthermore, Chris was just on Miss/Match, looking for love with another OnlyFans creator.
After his stint on Miss/Match, Chris was seemingly done with reality television. However, he and Jason will appear on the Vanderpump Rules reboot. One fan alleged this about the boys and their background:
- They’re both very chaotic and messy onlyfans influencers who make inc*st p0rn so it’s a wild casting choice considering what they do for a living…
It was noted that they were not well-received on their previous reality shows. Yet, this may be a great redemption tour.
Broken NDAs
Allegedly, Chris Hahn and Jason Cohen had signed NDAs for Vanderpump Rules. However, they have supposedly been blabbing about this new experience since December 2024. Lisa Vanderpump was just caught filming Season 12, so the show is well underway. After seeing these men and learning their backstories, what did fans have to say? Were they excited to see their adventures, or completely turned off?
- Mistake. They needed to go back to NORMAL narcissists who live in shitty apartments with sh*tty cars but are thirsty.
- Sounds like the reboot is definitely going to be authentic and all about a group of servers and bartenders that work together
- Well I won’t be watching
- Oh great, two more guys I won’t be able to tell apart.
One fan did defend Jason and Chris as regular, relatable men:
- To be fair… they drive Mazdas and have 4 roommates. They just have the egos of guys with money and success.
Hopefully, they will prove everyone wrong and be both fun and entertaining. Time will tell how this plays out.
