A hug and the question, “Are you living with regret?” from Marciano, all of which have led to speculation about what Demi might have been talking about. She could have been referencing her relationships with the other women of #MomTok but may have been referring to her marriage.

Stassi also said that she wasn’t aware of any flirting between Demi and Marciano while she was filming the show but that “it was so fun” to spend time with the women from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives​​​​​​.
